Keyway Plug Gauge
A keyway plug gauge is a measuring tool for checking the dimensional accuracy of keyways on mechanical parts. It typically includes a measuring head, a plug gauge body, and an adjusting rod. To take a measurement, place the gauge body on the keyway, insert the adjusting rod for adjustment, and then use the measuring head to read the result.

Product Maintenance
1. The gauge set also includes a dial/dental gauge component. After use, clean it promptly to ensure accurate measurement of adhering parts.
2. During operation, handle the gauge set carefully to prevent bumps and damage to the measuring surfaces.
3. It is strictly prohibited to use the gauge as a cutting tool to force insertion into the thread or to extrude the thread.
4. The tooth gauge must not be used by non-metrology personnel without authorization.
