Usage of the machine tool shock-absorbing pad (iron): Place the required pad under the machine tool anchor hole, insert the bolt, rotate it to ensure solid contact with the load-bearing plate, and then adjust the machine tool level (rotate the bolt clockwise to raise the machine tool). After leveling, tighten the nut to fix the machine in a horizontal position. Due to the creep phenomenon of rubber, when reusing the pad, adjust the machine tool level again after two weeks.
Product Instructions
Place the mounts under the anchor hole of the machine. Insert the bolt into the threaded hole of the mount and screw it in until it reaches the bearing plate. Then adjust the level of the machine. Finally, tighten the nuts.
